A Flash “purist” might not think Flex is applicable to their projects, however with new features added in Flex 4, creating rich, expressive and immersive Flex content is now possible. Join Deepa Subramaniam, Product Manager for Flex SDK, as she walks you through the new Flex skinning and component architecture, as well as a tour of the new layout and effects engine, including 3D capabilities and support for arbitrary layout transformations. Additionally, she will show off new workflows that allow content created with Pixel Bender or in Flash Professional or other Creative Suite tools to be brought natively into Flex.
