- Your topic and outline
- Your location
- References and status in community
Do you reply to all Submissions? When should we expect a reply?
Due to the number of proposals we receive, we will only be contacting those we are interested in. Your entry will be kept on file and you may be contacted for future events/festivals. You are also welcome to submit multiple topic suggestions.

The focus of topics varies from event-to-event, generally speaking we look for topics within the creative and technical areas of design and development.
