Yoni is a founding partner of Active Frequency , a Web and mobile development consulting firm in Somerville, Massachusetts. He was the lead Web developer for the MIT Mobile Experience Lab’s Locast project, which explores the possibilities of mobile video sharing in Venice, and created RockOut Pro, the top paid music app on the Android market. Past projects include Polihood, a political social networking site, and citizen/journalist experiment DCPhoneList.com, the first site to provide a searchable index of the phone records of Deborah Jeane Palfrey in 2007.

Yoni holds a BS in Computer Science and Philosophy from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA.
