Matt is based in London, UK and is the founder of Notch, the real-time graphics & VFX tool used by many of the world’s biggest brands, touring shows, live events, broadcast productions and experiences.

For the past 20 years, Matt has worked at the forefront of realtime graphics development and is a prominent figure in the demoscene graphics subculture, with numerous awards to his credit.

He started his working life in video games and as a principal engineer in Sony Computer Entertainment’s R&D team developed graphics techniques on PlayStation 3/VITA/PlayStation 4 that were used in over 200 released titles. He since worked in live events with Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, U2, UVA and many others to create real-time graphics experience for the stage and screen.
