Larry Drolet

Larry is a Senior Software Engineer for AOL Personal Media specializing in Flex/Flash/AIR application development. At AOL Larry is working on various Flex based projects including the recently released Bluestring application, a media mangement tool based on the Open Xdrive API and the Stand Up Board experiement which is an AIR based application for project task management.

Larry, like his co-presenter and co-worker, previously worked at Arizona State University building Flash applications for the business school. One project known as nGen, a Flash based course editing application for ASU’s online MBA, was even a feature for an Adobe case study. Larry has a degree in Economics and an MBA, he just kind of fell into the Internet ‘thing’ in graduate school and has been developing applications since.
