Kai is currently working as the chief software architect of msg at.NET GmbH, a Macromedia Premier Partner in Germany. His core fields of work are software and systems architectures for web applications built using the Macromedia technologies Flex, Flash, ColdFusion and Central. Kai is fluent in the Java/J2EE world also and a big supporter of using object orientation and related technologies and ideas. He holds several Macromedia certifications and is a senior Macromedia Certified Instructor also.
He is the founder and User Group Manager of the ColdFusion User Group Nordwest in Duesseldorf, Germany and a regular blogger on www.bloginblack.de. Kai is the maintainer of the German localization of Farcry CMS, an open source content management solution based on ColdFusion and travels around the world to evangelize Macromedia technologies and educate developers using them.
