Jason is a creative consultant who has spent the last fifteen years leading teams of digital designers to create more, better, and different work. He has constructed experiences for iconic brands like Nike, Yahoo!, and General Motors. Now he helps companies see their customers/clients/users more clearly so they can build better products. He is currently the executive director of experience design and imagination at Capco in Toronto.

Jason enjoys helping clients uncover the purpose and direction of the digital products they are trying to create. He also loves public speaking; especially on the topics of failure and creativity. Jason wants to unlock the world’s creative potential by showing others how to push past their fears, get out of default mode, and embrace imperfection.
