A designer at heart and engineer by trade, Iulia currently leads software engineering teams building innovative, design-driven solutions at California-based insurance company Pacific Life. Originally from Romania, she has lived and worked in Toronto, Boston, and now southern California. Throughout her career, she has worked at a multitude of organizations in a variety of industries, helping her make creative connections between domains of knowledge. Passionate about design thinking, engineering, innovation, strategy, and leadership, she will dabble into everything that catches her curiosity.
