Flash is a great platform for building authoring tools that let kids and adults communicate with sound, visuals and text. It’s a good thing for self-expression and ultimately it’s a good thing for our clients who want to build a relationship with their audience.

But what is involved in making such projects successful? This talk will share some of the lessons learned as these projects have evolved.
