Overview
With simple, carefully repeated steps, beautiful structures of complexity will arise. Tarbell explores the process of emergence within a simple system of creature parts. The detailed construction of legs, tails, shells, eyes, and a neural mind will be presented with both ActionScript and theory. These parts will then be thrown into a primordial soup, left to organize randomly, until something quite unexpected crawls out.
