Q. Should I bring my computer?
A. It is not required, but you are welcome to bring one. The seating is classroom style, so you will have a desk area in front of you, and some areas will have power.
Q. Are lunch/snacks/coffee included?
A. We supply coffee, tea and water, and sometimes a light snack, but lunch is not provided.
Q. Will there be WiFi?
A. Limited WiFi is available, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee that it will be 100% reliable.
Q. Can I give my ticket to someone else to use?
A. Tickets are non-transferable (except FLEX tickets for our multi-day conferences) so you can not hand your ticket off to someone else to use. If you cannot attend the event and want to transfer the ticket to someone else, just email us at info@fitc.ca.
