Overview

Since the decline of Flash, HTML5 and JavaScript have risen to restore fun to the internet! Doing things they were never intended to do, these tools are now ubiquitous across all of the web and drive every imaginable form of content and gaming. This talk brings the uninitiated up-to-speed on the landscape and offers some insights and learnings from a world-leading HTML5 games studio.

Objective

To inspire those thinking about making the jump to HTML5 that it’s the right decision, and to give a few tips to those already using it on things we have learned.
