Overview
Keeping a project team on the same page can be a challenge, whether it be maintaining the ideas and concepts of a project, or making sure everyone has the right version of a file. There are many different methods and technologies used to facilitate the communication and collaboration necessary to keep a project running smoothly, the team happy, and the quality of the end product high. We’ll take a look at overarching communications schemes as well as the automated systems and hardware and software tools that influence them. Panelists will discuss fluctuating variables like the size of a work group and the physical location of its members. In short, we’ll talk about ways to improve how you connect, interact and share ideas. It’ll be fun.
