Diversity and FITC
We at FITC believe that having a diverse range of voices at our events makes them stronger, and better. Our current definition of diversity includes people of all gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. Having these voices on stage, volunteering, and attending, allows us all to grow through hearing their experiences, stories, and viewpoints. We encourage you to read our full thoughts on diversity and our goals here.
